Mid-Level Health Provider (CHO): 671 Posts
- Qualification:- Candidates who wanted to participate for NHM Haryana Mid-Level Health Provider (CHO) job should have BAMS or B.Sc/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Degree Holder, who have completed their six month Mid-Level Health Provider Bridge Course Programme on certificate in Community Health for nurses (BPCCHN) from IGNOU or any State University/ Institution.
- Salary Structure:- Rs. 9300 – 34800/- Grade pay – 4800/- Per Month
Age Limit:- 18 to 42 years
Selection Process:- NHM Haryana Selection process will be on the bases of Written Examination and last step will be documents verification.
