Qualification for NIRD Hiring 2020
Young Fellow:- Candidates who wanted to participate for NIRD Young Fellow job should have Post Graduate Degree / 2 years’ Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science including Economics/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Political Science/ Sociology/ Anthropology / Social Work/Development Studies / History and similar disciplines from any recognized university.
Cluster Level Resource Person:- Aspirants who decided to join NIRD Cluster Level Resource Person posts should have Class XII pass from any recognized Board of Education. Five year experience of working for promotion of SHGs or as Group Leader of SHG or Village Organization or Cluster Level Federations or Community Resource Person under SRLM or Certified Master Resource Persons of NIRDPR or Certified Master Trainers of NRLM/ SRLM.
Age Limit for NIRD Posts 2020
Young Fellow: 21 to 30 years and upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC
Cluster Level Resource Person: 25 to 40 years and upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC
